Upload issues
At the 'Upload' window you are presented with two options: Add Files or Drag and Drop. Attempt uploading with the 'Add Files' method instead of 'Drag and Drop', or vice versa.
Click the 'Settings' link and select the 'Upload Settings' category. Switch the 'add files' type from 'flash' to 'ajax'. For the 'drag and drop' upload settings, switch to compatibility mode.

The 10GB bandwidth cap will reset at the beginning of each month for ‘lite’ users. If you wish to have unlimited bandwidth, then please upgrade your account.
I am not a lite user and should not have a monthly bandwidth cap.

Box.net is unable to restore files or folders deleted by the user.

Are cap locks not enabled while entering password? Is the correct username entered in the username field?

Where can I get an invoice of my latest transaction?
If you wish to receive your latest Box.net invoice, please click on the 'Settings' link at the top right corner of your account, then 'Account/Upgrade' from the category list. From this page, please select "Show" found next to 'Most recent invoice' to generate your latest invoice.
How can I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, sign into your Box.net account and select ‘Settings’ at the top right of the page. From the setting categories, select ‘Account/Upgrade’ and in the new page click to 'Cancel Account' or 'Cancel Free Trial'. Clicking this will take you through the cancellation process.
