To benefit from Box’s powerful sharing, storage, and access features, the first thing you’ll need to do is upload files to your account.

To upload a file to your Box, click the “Upload” button in the upper-right of the file display area. A pop-up window will appear. Click on the “Add Files” button, and another window will open, showing you the files on your computer. Locate the file you want to upload (as you would when you select a file to attach to an email), then click “Open”. The file will now appear in your upload window. To upload it to your Box account, click the “Upload” button at the bottom of the window.

(Note: If you have more than one file to upload, you can gather several files together then upload them in one batch).
