Occasionally, clearing your browser's cache may help to eliminate common problems. You may need to clear the cache multiple times before it actually is cleared.
To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox:
- Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu and select Clear Private Data
- Remove checks from everything except cache. Leave cache checked.
- Click Clear Private Data Now
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 6 :
- Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser, and select Internet Options.
- Click the General tab at the top of the dialogue box.
- Click Delete Files under Temporary Internet files.
- Select Delete all offline content by checking the box.
- Click ok.
- Click the Tools drop-down at the top-right of your browser.
- Click Delete Browsing History.
- Click Delete Files as well as Delete Cookies.
