1. Please ensure that you are running the latest version of Internet Explorer 7 (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx), Safari 3 or Firefox 3 (http://www.firefox.com)
2. Ensure that javascript is enabled on your browser by selecting 'Tools' from the file menu, then 'Options'. For Firefox, select the 'Content' tab and ensure that 'enable javascript' is checked. For Internet Explorer 7, click the 'Security' tab, then 'Custom Level'. Scroll to the 'Scripting' section of the list and ensure that 'Java Applet' is set to 'Enabled'.
3. If you are able to view the 'List View' or 'Icon View' button from the menu, then please try toggling between these two views by clicking on the button.
4. Try disabling or removing anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall, or other third-party software that may interact with your computer at the browser level.
5. Try clearing your browser's cache (see instructions here).
6. If you are still experiencing issues on your web browser, we recommend trying to access your account from a different web browser (Firefox recommended).
